These dryers operate using two distinct and specialized circuits— the Compressed Air Circuit and the Refrigeration Circuit— working in perfect harmony to ensure reliable performance, energy efficiency, and consistent dew point control.
Air-to-Air Heat Exchange
Before cooling, incoming compressed air passes through an air-to-air heat exchanger, transferring heat to the outgoing dry air. This process lowers the temperature, reducing refrigeration load, improving efficiency, and extending component lifespan.
Evaporator (Air-Freon Exchanger)
Once pre-cooled, the compressed air enters the evaporator, where it is further chilled, causing moisture to condense into liquid droplets. This process ensures effective moisture removal and prevents condensation in downstream applications.
Efficient Moisture Separator with Auto Drain
The moisture separator captures and removes condensed water, while an automatic drain expels it continuously, ensuring seamless operation.
